RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Anvil can accept order cancellations prior to shipment of your order, if you would like to do so, please email info@anvilmobile.com with your order number and confirmation of purchase. Please note we aim for next day UK delivery if purchased before 2 pm.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Anvil Mobile Ltd is confident in the quality of the stock that we hold. If however your purchase is faulty, damaged in transit or defective, we are happy to replace your item or organise a refund pending the return of the previous item. Please follow the below return process should this occur.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@anvilmobile.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

CUSTOMER REMORSE

If you have purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t meet your requirements, or you no longer want the item Anvil Mobile Ltd, is happy to refund or exchange your items up to 14 days after the purchase date. Please follow the above return method and contact us at info@anvilmobile.com to arrange your return.

DATES FOR RETURNS

Anvil Mobile Ltd is happy to process your refund or exchange for up to 14 days after the purchase date. If your return is after 14 days, please contact us to discuss further options.

SHIPPING COST

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Return Labels

Anvil Mobile Ltd do not provide return labels. Please return items to us in the original packaging.

Restocking Fee

Anvil Mobile Ltd. do not charge a restocking fee.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
