The short version
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not share your browsing with advertisers. The only things we store without asking are the two items the site needs in order to work at all. Everything else is opt-in, and if you decline it is never loaded.
What we store without asking
These are strictly necessary: without them a part of the site you have asked to use would not function. UK law does not require your consent for these, and they cannot be turned off while you use the relevant feature.

Both are stored in your browser rather than as cookies, and neither is ever sent to anyone else.
Live chat, only if you accept
Our live chat is operated on our behalf by Moneypenny, an outsourced customer conversation provider based in the UK. When you accept cookies, the Moneypenny chat widget loads and sets its own cookies on your device. If you decline, the widget is never loaded and none of the cookies below are set.
Moneypenny classifies its cookies in two groups. The first group is required for a chat to function:

The second group is not required for chat to work. Moneypenny describes these as non-essential, and states that it is not currently possible to disable them separately from the group above. That is why our banner offers a single accept-or-decline choice rather than per-category switches: declining is the only way to prevent these, so declining is what we offer.

If you chat with us, Moneypenny processes what you type on our behalf as our data processor, and the transcript is passed to us. Their own cookie policy is published at moneypenny.com/uk/cookies-policy.
Changing your mind
Select Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing is as easy as accepting: we clear the chat cookies listed above and reload the page without the widget. You can also delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Every cookie above is stored in your browser, so removing them there removes them for good.
What we do not do
For the avoidance of doubt: we run no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta or LinkedIn pixel, and no advertising or re-marketing tags of any kind on this website. If that changes, this policy and the banner will change with it, and you will be asked again.
